About me
Charlie has been with United Airlines since 2017 with the Airport Operations Digital Technology team. Over the last two years, he has been the product owner for United’s digital signage products that are viewed by millions of customers globally and thousands of employees throughout the enterprise. In this role, Charlie has driven ideas from innovative proof of concepts to full-scale rollouts. Prior to digital signage, Charlie was responsible for the design and implementation of a brand-new policies and procedures website for airport operations, contact center, and corporate support center staff. Charlie is a Sitecore MVP and has won multiple awards for Sitecore implementations at United.
