Nikki Ault is the VP of Client Services at Coffman Media, LLC. Coffman Media delivers innovative digital signage solutions that help businesses drive growth, inform, inspire, connect, and captivate their audience. With over 18 years of customer service experience, Nikki oversees client services handling annual license renewals, new client onboarding, conducting quarterly account reviews, and quarterbacking when clients need support or additional purchases. She is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for Coffman Media customers. She has successfully completed the Digital Signage Certified Expert program as well as the Digital Signage Sales Professional program and is an active member of the Digital Signage Federation as an AC Member.
